Refund policy

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our photo keepsakes, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item is damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damage
- We'll replace it immediately
