Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with Root & Hive Co. The following terms apply to your purchase and shipment of our products.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order. Please note:

· Custom Photo Orders: Require full processing time to carefully create your keepsake.
· Weekends & Holidays: Are not considered business days.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We ship via UPS to ensure your package arrives safely and promptly.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your location.

3. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

4. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the UPS system.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to change your address, contact us immediately at [your email address].

6. Shipping Delays

Sometimes, circumstances beyond our control may cause delays (weather, carrier issues, etc.). We will communicate any known delays via email and social media.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Root & Hive Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided. Please contact UPS directly to resolve delivery issues.

8. International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.

9. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. Please see our [link to Refund Policy] for details.
