Our postpartum meal plans are born from the belief that a mother's body and soul need deep, intentional nourishment as she heals, bonds, and finds her new rhythm.
We don't just deliver meals; we deliver restorative, homestead-made nourishment crafted from whole ingredients, many grown or raised on our land. Each dish is prepared with prayer and the practical wisdom of a culture that knows how to care for its mothers.
The Philosophy Behind Our Meals
· Healing-Focused: Recipes rich in iron, collagen, healthy fats, and warming spices to support physical recovery and milk supply if breastfeeding.
· Ease & Accessibility: Ready-to-eat or heat-and-eat. Minimal assembly. Nourishing snacks you can eat with one hand.
· Gut & Glory: Prioritizing bone broths, fermented foods, and easily digestible ingredients to restore core strength.
· Seasonal & Local: Whenever possible, we incorporate ingredients from our garden, our hens, and our local farming community.

· Sliding Scale Available: We reserve the right to adjust pricing on a case-by-case basis for true financial hardship. The phrase "I need the sliding scale" is all we need to hear to start a confidential conversation.
· Meal Train Integration: We offer a 20% discount on any plan that is part of a community-funded meal train (friends/family contributing).
· Crisis Nourishment Fund: A portion of every full-price plan goes into a fund to provide free "Hearth & Home" Starter Boxes to families in acute crisis (NICU stays, loss, etc.).
How It Works: The Seamless Process
1. Nourishment Consultation: A free 15-minute call to discuss tier, timing, allergies (gluten/dairy/nuts), and strong preferences.
2. Menu Preview & Agreement: We send a custom menu for your plan based on seasonal availability. You approve or request swaps.
3. Delivery Day: We cook in our inspected homestead kitchen, package with care, and deliver to your doorstep (or into your fridge!) within a pre-arranged 2-hour window. All containers are recyclable or reusable.
4. Follow-Up: A simple check-in text to ensure everything is meeting your needs.
Delivery Area & Schedule: We deliver within 35 miles of Flemington, NJ. Orders must be placed 7 days in advance. Delivery days are Tuesdays and Fridays.
